Be part of McHenry County's newest & rapidly growing competitive &
performing company for dancers 11 years old and up!
The dancers that are part of ATB Dance Company compete in Pom & Jazz large groups and
are cast based by ability for Lyrical small groups. 
In addition, dancers are able to compete in solos approved by the ATB Dance Company directors.
We compete in 3 local Regional studio competitions (Milwaukee to Oswego Area) and 1 local Nationals
at the Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva.
This program runs from September 2024 to end of June 2025 unless additional community performances are requested.

In the audition, you will learn a lyrical piece along with adding your own improvisation to our choreography.  During the audition, you will need to demonstrate 1:1 pirouettes, a la seconds (attempt changing spots), various jumps (arabesque, firebird & tilts), leaps (right/left, center & surprise) and a brief 1:1 interview with the Director.  We are not looking for perfect abilities just an ability to show what your potential is like in an audition like setting.

DANCE COMPANY MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE 2 CLASSES A WEEK ALONG WITH ATTENDING REHEARSAL WEEKLY ON SATURDAYS LATE MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON. 

THERE IS A MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR BEING PART OF ATB DANCE COMPANY AND THAT INCLUDES:  
REHEARSAL FEES, CHOREOGRAPHY FEES, COMPETITION REGISTRATION FEES,
& CUSTOM COSTUMES.  
Please note we are IHSA compliant with our choreography & competition schedule.
